Plan Ahead

Our professionally trained staff will walk you through your options and timelines. We will have a bunch of questions to ask you, to help plan an awesome event, and to ensure all goes smoothly for set up and take down.

Client Check List

We will need to know:
Event Floor plan Heights of the space?
Parking space for one van?
Stairs, elevators, direct access?
Setup date and time?

Safety

Safety is critical to any event.
Will we need hard hats or harnesses?
Contact info – who will be on site?
Is it a government building?
Will we need ID to access building

Fire Treatments

We are NFPA Certified. Our Fire Certificates are good for 3-5 years depending on several factors. We offer competitive rates and a lasting treatment that keeps your fabrics safe, but more importantly the people who attend safe from fire hazards.

Rental Details

There is a minimum rental amount for our install and dismantling. A brief discussion of time, place and order quantity needs to be had in order to determine eligibility for our team to install and/or dismantle an event.
